More control over your tables

Resize columns, hide fields, add calculations

Several improvements that give you more control over how your tables look and what they show.

TL;DR

  • Drag column edges to resize any column on any table page

  • Show or hide columns from the Visible Columns panel

  • Sort and move columns from the column header context menu

  • KPI table now has a calculations row (average, min, max, count per column)

  • KPI toolbar buttons now labeled

What's New

  • Column resizing Drag the right edge of any column header to resize it. Widths persist across sessions. Why it matters: Long names get cut off. Short columns waste space. Now you can set it exactly how you want it.

  • Column header context menu Right-click (or click) any column header to access Sort ascending, Sort descending, Move left, Move right, and Hide from view. Why it matters: You don't need to go into settings to rearrange or hide a column. It's right there.

  • Visible Columns panel Open View Settings on Pipeline or Contacts to get the full column management panel. Drag to reorder, toggle visibility, and see custom fields alongside system columns. Why it matters: Every user can set up the table to show what matters to their workflow and hide the rest.

  • KPI calculations footer Below the existing Total row on the KPI table, you can now add a calculation to any numeric column. Choose from Average, Min, Max, or Count. Selections persist. Why it matters: Average reach-outs over the period, minimum daily calls, count of days you hit your target. All visible without leaving the table.

  • KPI toolbar labels The icon-only buttons at the top of the KPI page now have text labels: Edit, Columns, Targets, Date Range. Why it matters: You no longer have to hover to find out what each button does.

Who This Helps

  • Anyone who wants their tables to show exactly what they need and nothing they don't

  • KPI reviewers who want quick statistical context on their activity data

How to Use It

  1. Drag any column header edge to resize.

  2. Click a column header for Sort, Move, and Hide options.

  3. On Pipeline, click the settings icon for Visible Columns.

  4. On KPIs, hover the row below TOTAL and click + on any column to add a calculation.
